Thank you for your for visiting Palate Pleaser Catering regarding our cake services. We offer a wedding cake made fresh to order. "Fresh" meaning: Your wedding cake is made with the finest/freshest ingredients available - created within 24 hours of your wedding or special event. We do not believe in a pre-frozen cake! Never, never, NEVER.

At Palate Pleaser our clients experience a wedding cake that offers wonderful selections, a beautiful design and most of all a delicious "normal" serving for all your guests to enjoy.

Our prices range from $4.25- $6.00 per serving/guest. Lower price range is what we refer to as simple design, elegant with a butter cream icing. Fresh Flower accents (flowers added fee) The higher price range is for more intricate designs using more labor intensive components such as Rolled Fondant, Swiss and German chocolates, etc.

Our delivery fee is cut in half when you order both your wedding cake / wedding flowers through Palate Pleaser. Our in house Floral Designer will gladly assist you with all of your needs/floral budget. As an added bonus, if you order your formal wear through Palate Pleaser, NO delivery fees apply at all three services. We offer Mr. Formal Tuxedo's**. Special pricing structure for all local clients.

$100.00-$150.00 per tuxedo, depending on style and accessories.

Tips to remember when ordering:
Rolled Fondant Cakes look so picture perfect. But do you really know what rolled fondant is? It is a mixture of sugar and glycerin "liquid fat," not to mention that is very, very sweet and about double in cost than a butter cream. Rolled Fondant is a very expensive and timely procedure. Once the fondant is placed on the cake it can no longer be placed back into the refrigerator, as it dissolves (being sugar). So when ordering a Rolled Fondant Wedding Cake, please remember that your cake and filling selection will be limited to items that do not need to be refrigerated.

What icings are best for a summer weddings?
A very delicate Butter cream is your best choice for a summer day. The cake is usually the first item out and the last item consumed. Our German Butter cream can sit out for hours. It looks wonderful, and tastes even better.
